PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT REGISTRATION FOR ALL TRAINING DIVISION EVENTS IS LIMITED TO PERSONS WHO PROVIDE SERVICES PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT (CJA). BY REGISTERING FOR AN EVENT, YOU CERTIFY THAT (1) YOU REGULARLY PERFORM DUTIES IN CONJUNCTION WITH FEDERAL CJA APPOINTMENTS, (2) YOU ARE NOT INVOLVED IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY CRIMINAL CASE IN ANY JURISDICTION OR WITH ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, AND (3) YOU DO NOT SERVE AS A JUDGE AND ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY A JUDGE OR COURT. IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS AND WISH TO ATTEND A TRAINING EVENT, PLEASE CONTACT US.
FOR LIVE WEBINARS:
Registering for a Training Division webinar is considered an online registration request. Participation in live webinars is limited to 200 individuals. If you are one of the first 200 persons to register, you will receive an email notifying you that you have been accepted to participate in the webinar. Instructions on how to view the webinar will be sent approximately one week prior to the webinar. Please open any attachments from Training Division staff and mailboxes, as they contain information important to your participation in the webinar. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will be notified and your registration as an attendee will be cancelled. CLE credit is offered only for watching live webinars.
FOR LIVE TRAINING EVENTS AND CONFERENCES:
Registering for a live training event is considered an online registration request. If you receive an Attendee Confirmation letter, it means that you have received a slot in the training event. If you receive a Waitlist letter, it means that, unfortunately, we cannot confirm you as an attendee, but will do so as soon as circumstances allow. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have been notified that you are a confirmed attendee. A Waitlist designation does not necessarily mean that there are no spaces available for the training event. Please open any attachments from Training Division staff and mailboxes, as they contain information important to your participation in the training event. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will be notified and your registration as an attendee will be cancelled.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) accreditation for DSO Training Division programs will be requested unless otherwise noted. Program Credit hours will always be subject to each state's approval and credit rounding rules. Approved programs and credit hours will be made available at the conclusion of applicable programs.
