Defender Nation: The National Sentencing Resource Counsel (SRC) is a project of the Federal Public and Community Defenders. SRC provides noncapital sentencing-related training, advice, and support to Federal Public and Community Defender attorneys and staff and Criminal Justice Act (CJA) attorneys nationwide. As part of SRC's commitment to the community, SRC holds regular office hours that can be scheduled at the convenience of attorneys seeking advice or assistance on sentencing issues.
