Below find additional resources for CJA panel attorneys including death penalty, video conferencing and other assistance.
CJA panel attorneys frequently require the assistance of paralegals, investigators, and other service providers to adequately represent their clients in appointed cases. See 18 U.S.C. ยง3006A(e). However, finding appropriate service providers can be difficult in many locations. This website is designed to assist with connecting panel attorneys with service providers who work with CJA-appointed counsel. While the site currently provides information on paralegals, other service provider types may be added in the future.

Video Conferencing Assistance for CJA Panel Attorneys
The National Litigation Support Team (NLST) is providing video conferencing assistance for CJA panel attorneys. In many districts CJA panel attorneys are being asked to use video conferencing. For some, this may be the first time they have attempted to do it. If you would like a second pair of virtual eyes when trying to use this technology, email the National Litigation Support Team at Video_Conference_CJA_Help@fd.org and someone will follow up with you and see if we can assist.
