The Defender Services Office is pleased to announce that the application periods for its 2026-2028 Non-Capital Fellowship Program and Capital Fellowship Program are now open.
Interested applicants may learn more about the program and access the online application at Federal Defender Fellowship Program. The application deadline is Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
