The 2026 Federal Defender Leadership Forum, (FDLF), is an in-person, invite-only conference for FDO leaders. Topics include leading public defense teams through trauma and burnout, fostering healthy office culture, improving performance management, navigating conflict resolution, and addressing defender office-specific challenges.
Space for this program is limited. Staff members approved by the Federal Public Defender or Executive Director to attend FDLF will receive invitations to register. Interested staff should contact their federal defender.
