All divisions of the Southern District of Indiana on Wednesday suspendedĀ in-person jury trials until at least March 1, 2021 (article available here). All in-person jury trials and court-officiated naturalization ceremonies in the District had previously been put on hold due to the state's ongoing COVID-19 surge until at least Jan. 25, 2021. See previous coverage here.

Other than jury trials, court proceedings shall continue to proceed by telephone, by video teleconference, or in person, as ordered in a particular case.

The District Court has also created a COVID-19 response page on its website that contains all orders, press releases, and other information regarding court operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
