The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has appointed Mary E. Maguire as the next Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Virginia (access announcement).
"Ms. Maguire’s appointment date is TBD," the announcement stated.
The office of the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Virginia includes staffed offices in Roanoke, Charlottesville, and Abingdon.
